CONDITIONS OF THE SPECIAL GIFT LIST
The " DEGRENNE Special Git List" offer is managed by Boutiques GD, a simplified joint stock company with share capital of €199,952, headquartered at rue Guy DEGRENNE - CS 50056 -14502 Vire Cedex - registered with the RCS Caen under number 412 477 994; a company belonging to the Guy Degrenne SA Group.
The Special Gift List is available only in the DEGRENNE boutiques listed on www.degrenne.fr. The advantages of the List are not compatible with the advantages of the PRIVILEGES Card.
When you close your List:
You benefit from exclusive discounts: -10% on silver-plated cutlery sets; -10% on 124 stainless steel cutlery sets. Excluded from this offer are second choice items, end-of-series items, downgraded items and products sold during sales, liquidations or ongoing promotional operations. Discount applies at checkout.
5% of the amount of the List is offered to you in the form of free products at checkout in the Boutique where the List was created. Excluded from this offer are second-choice items, end-of-series items, downgraded items and products sold during sales, liquidations or ongoing promotional operations. Cannot be refunded in any form whatsoever.
Free home delivery is available for orders over 99 € in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica). DEGRENNE will give the customer a delivery date depending on the article chosen.
These advantages are not valid on DEGRENNE stands in department stores, nor in the Vire and Pierre-Buffière factory outlets, nor with retailers.
All or part of the advantages set out in these general conditions of use may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Information will be posted in participating sales outlets and on the www.degrenne.fr website at least 15 days in advance. The information (name, address, etc.) you have been asked to provide is required to draw up your List and is intended for Boutiques GD / Groupe Guy Degrenne SA.
PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY PROTECTION CHARTER
You have created a DEGRENNE Special Gift List or are considering doing so. DEGRENNE is committed to protecting your privacy. DEGRENNE respects and protects your privacy. To create an Special Gift List, you must enter your first name, last name and e-mail address. The Special Gift List allows each user to benefit from exclusive advantages. Communications related to these advantages may be sent by email and/or SMS and/or post.
When you authorize us to do so, we collect information about you (your first and last name, contact details and other personal data) and use it to send you information about our products, services, competitions, promotions and other news that may be of interest to you. With this information, we can personalize recommendations for your online purchases, analyze purchasing trends and process your transactions. With your consent, the data collected may be shared with DEGRENNE's commercial partners. Your data will not be transmitted to external entities for commercial purposes, without your express prior authorization to this effect given to DEGRENNE.
By providing us with your information, you consent to it being processed and used to contact you under the conditions set out below and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
The personal information collected by the DEGRENNE Group is subject to data processing intended for the marketing and consumer services of the DEGRENNE company, the purpose of which is the creation of the Special Gift List, the communication of :
-information required to manage the Special Gift List,
-targeted commercial offers from DEGRENNE and/or its partners and to get to know each customer better and thus improve and personalize its services.
This data is kept for a period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal obligations. Personal data relating to customers and prospects is kept for a maximum of 5 years from the last active contact with DEGRENNE. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, port and oppose any information concerning you.
