Product warranties

All our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase, on presentation of proof of purchase and the relevant product, and do not cover damage due to misuse, impact, falls or professional use. For cookware, the warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches on the inside and outside of the product. For further details, please view the product sheet. If you have any doubts, a question about the condition of the products you purchased from the e-shop or something you are not happy with, please feel free to contact us  here.Sometimes a simple piece of advice can remedy your situation. If you still wish to pursue a warranty claim, our customer service department will open a complaint file and inform you of the procedure to follow (on presentation of the requested documents). So please explain your situation to us clearly by email by clicking here. Please feel free to attach photos. We will try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible. Solutions include a replacement, a refund, or simply some advice on maintenance and use. Please make sure you keep the product safely. Because we are concerned about our quality, we may have to recover it for analysis.

What to provide when claiming on the warranty:

  • Proof of purchase (less than 2 years old)

  • An email explaining the situation

  • The incriminated items themselves or photos, if necessary

If no proof of purchase is available:

To claim on the warranty, we will always ask you to send us your proof of purchase (receipt, gift certificate, invoice number available on your e-shop customer account, copy of the delivery slip, etc.).

Claim processing time:

We acknowledge receipt of your request by email within 10 days of sending it, and the details of your contact person will be sent to you.
The time required to provide you with a solution can vary widely. It depends on many factors such as the content of your request, whether or not it is necessary to return the products for analysis, etc./span>
Please be aware that your satisfaction is our priority and that we will do our best to come up with the most appropriate solution as promptly as possible.
