With DEGRENNE, you benefit from a "Product Return(s)" procedure enabling you to return any items you are not satisfied with. As soon as you receive the items you ordered, you may return them, under certain conditions, in their original sealed packaging within the time limits and according to the procedure below.

When do I need to return the items?

For any item ordered and delivered, you have a withdrawal period of 14 full days to return the item. This period begins on the day after you receive the item. If the item you ordered is unavailable, DEGRENNE can, with your agreement, deliver a product with equivalent features and prices to the one you initially ordered. If in this case you are not satisfied with the replacement item, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within the same period mentioned in Case n°1. If the item delivered to you shows any damage (breakage, chipping, damaged parcel), you must immediately and clearly note your reservations on the delivery slip in the presence of the carrier, inform DEGRENNE of the situation by email to sav@degrenne.fr and then send, within three (3) days following the delivery date, a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the logistics provider and to DEGRENNE. If, at the time of delivery, you notice that the items do not comply with your order, you must, on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day after delivery, inform DEGRENNE by e-mail at sav@degrenne.fr of this non-compliance and, if necessary, return the item..

What is the procedure for returning items?

Begin the procedure by telling DEGRENNE, by email at sav@degrenne.fr, that you want to return items within the time limit appropriate to your situation. If a return is not possible because of your situation, DEGRENNE will inform you of this by email. If a return is possible, a processing number and a printed form will be sent to you by e-mail. Simply return the new items (in perfect condition and with their labels) in their original sealed packaging with the printed return form ON the package, to the return address printed on the form. DEGRENNE will inform you when it receives the parcel and undertakes to refund the returned items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In which cases will I be refunded for the cost of returning the items?

Package returned unopened: package + any shipping costs refunded. Product returned at the customer's discretion: product refunded and return costs at the customer's expense. Product returned due to a fault of the company: product, shipping costs and return costs refunded.
